Boy Jokes

Okay, I've been meaning to post about this since the episode aired, but I got busy and distracted and nearly forgot until it strangely came to mind today when S was teaching E about the planets from a picture hanging in our homeschool room.

I've mentioned how C and I watch Jeopardy nearly every night before bed.  Well, one episode earlier this year ... oh, I'll just put the video here and you can watch for yourself:

I just think it speaks a lot about boys and their pace of maturity if even someone like Alex Trebek (in his 70s now) still feels the need to clarify Uranus as a planet before everyone starts giggling at the mere mention of its name.

Is there no hope for mothers of sons?  Or should we just embrace the joy that comes from their immature sense of humor?  I'm still trying to figure that out.
